How to automate mandatory training in a company: AML, cybersecurity and an audit report

November 5, 2026 · 5 min read

Banks, insurers, audit firms and other companies need to run AML, compliance and cybersecurity training regularly. HR often tracks this in Excel: who passed the test, whose certificate is expiring, when to train a new hire. The Etalorix corporate section automates the process.

1. A test in a minute

You paste the text of an internal policy, and AiTeach drafts questions based only on facts in the text. The test is created inactive: HR reviews and edits the questions, then activates it. The ready-made library also has Azerbaijani-language tests on AML and KYC, cybersecurity and customer service.

2. Automatic validity tracking

You give a test a validity period, for example 12 months. Each employee's expiry date is visible. Thirty days before expiry, a recertification assignment is created automatically and the employee is notified on Telegram.

3. New employees learn from day one

You set rules by department and position. A new employee gets their assignments as soon as they join, with due dates counted from the joining day.

4. One question a day

Everyone, including branch and field staff, gets one question a day on Telegram and answers with a button. Nothing to install.

5. An inspection-ready report

The monthly management report shows who passed which test, when and with what score, and whose certificate is about to expire. It saves as PDF.
