Rules and terms
- Public offerThis document sets the terms of the paid services (subscription, exam, course). By paying you accept them. The service is preparation only and does not guarantee success in an international exam.
- Terms of useUse the site for your own learning, do not share your account and do not copy the content. Access may be limited if the rules are broken.
- Privacy policyOnly necessary data is collected. No employee number is collected. You can download your data or delete your account. Data past its retention period is deleted automatically.
- Refund policyMoney is returned for technical failure or double payment. Refunds for services already used are limited. Requests go through support.
- Certificate rulesAn Etalorix certificate is not an international credential; it confirms a level of preparation. A teacher's certificate is issued by the teacher in their own name and Etalorix does not guarantee it. Every certificate is verifiable by QR code.
- Instructor termsInstructor plan: a one-time entry fee, 5 AZN per month (first month free), a student package of 5 AZN per student per month. No commission. An instructor certificate costs 2 AZN.
- Employer termsAn employer may open a candidate's CV only for an application to its own vacancy. Discrimination is not allowed. Employee training results can be viewed in a “results only” mode.
- Brand and trademark statementEtalorix is an independent preparation platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACCA, CFA Institute, PMI, DİM or any other body. Names are used for description only.
Sample contracts
- Service agreement with an organisation (sample)Group access for preparing the staff of a company or bank, results reporting and a service level. Personal-data processing and service level are set out in annexes.
- White-label licence agreement (sample)An organisation uses the Etalorix platform under its own brand (logo, colour). Content stays with the Operator; brand elements belong to the organisation.
- Cooperation agreement with a training centre (sample)A training centre creates groups, live lessons, materials and tests for its students. No commission is charged; the centre collects fees from students itself.
- Memorandum of understanding with a university (sample)A discount code for students, a free joint certificate, an open mock-exam day, career-centre posts and webinars. No financial obligations; individual results are not passed to the university.
